Question for Fellow Bloggers
Print ViewWhat method do you use when you:
- Are inspired by the writings of another blogger on this site
- Mention that inspiration in your own blog
- Notify the blogger(s) who inspired you of your blog message but NOT through the comments on their blog
I sure hope that makes sense to someone.
What is trackbacks? Is this what I should use to do the above? I have read up a little on it, but it seems to be flying way over my head at the moment.
So many of you mention things in your own messages that lift and inspire me. Thank you and may God bless you for being a vessel of blessings to me.

I post a lot of comments (sometimes) when the Spirit tells me to. There are several writers on this site who I believe are truly inspired and there are some that I will not read there post. I hope and pray that when I leave a comment that it is an inspiration to whoever the owner of the blog is. The majority of comments I receive on my blog are very uplifting to me. It is good to know that there are Christian people out there, other than just in a "church setting". I keep up with what you post and I pray that what ever comes your way that God's will, will be done. I also pray that he send you and your family the understanding needed during you time(s) of trial and affliction. I also pray that you will be strengthened so that you can handle any fiery dart that is launched at you. God bless you and rest assured that there are people praying for you.

Cindy, I'm with you - what IS the trackback thing about? As for "methods" - some of us have been leaving comments but putting PLEASE DO NOT POST in the topic bar. That allows us to talk "privately" with the writer. This will, of course, only work if you have your blog is set up where you can moderate comments prior to posting. I will ALWAYS honor that request and the two or three I've written "behind the scenes" have shown me that respect as well.
